โดยมากห้องประชุมอเนกประสงค์นั้นจะมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าห้องประชุมปกติ ขนาดของจอภาพที่ใช้งานนั้นจึงควรมีขนาดใหญ่มากพอ เพื่อให้สามารถเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนจากทุกพื้นที่ของห้อง เทคโนโลยีปัจจุบันที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างมากคือ จอแสดงผลแบบ LED Wall ที่สามารถเลือกขนาดและความละเอียดภาพได้ตามที่ต้องการ หรือจะเป็นระบบเครื่องฉายภาพ (Projector) ที่ปัจจุบันมีความสามารถรองรับจอภาพขนาดใหญ่มากกว่า 100” ขึ้นไป หรือ ความละเอียดภาพ ที่คมชัด 4K ซึ่งเราสามารถเลือกขนาด และความสว่างของเครื่องฉายภาพได้จากขนาดจอและระยะการติดตั้งเครื่องฉายภาพ จากนั้นก็ใช้ Software จำลองการประมวลผลเพื่อดูภาพรวมของอุปกรณ์ที่เลือกใช้งานว่าสามารถให้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่ต้องการได้หรือไม่ต่อไป
ระบบเสียง
เพื่อให้ระบบเสียงครอบคลุมพื้นที่ภายในห้องประชุมอเนกประสงค์นั้น การเลือกลำโพงมาใช้งานก็เป็นอีกจุดที่สำคัญ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นขนาดของลำโพง, กำลังขับ, และจุดที่ติดตั้ง จากนั้นก็ใช้ Software จำลองการประมวลผล เพื่อดูภาพรวมของอุปกรณ์ที่เลือกใช้งานว่าสามารถให้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่ต้องการได้หรือไม่
ระบบควบคุม
ห้องประชุมอเนกประสงค์ที่มีการผสมผสานอุปกรณ์ที่หลากหลายเพื่อให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามที่ต้องการนั้น มักมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องนำระบบควบคุม (Automation) มาใช้งาน เป็นตัวช่วยให้การใช้งานสะดวกและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น โดยเราสามารถการออกแบบเงื่อนไขการทำงานต่างๆ นั้น มาเรียบเรียงเป็น Preset เพื่อใช้เลือกลักษณะการทำงานที่ต้องการ และมีอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สั่งการได้ง่ายอีกด้วย
