On 15 September 2026, Goldenduck International Co., Ltd. attended the press conference for “ฟากขะโน้น: The Other Side,” the inaugural edition of the Of Times and Places art initiative. Goldenduck is delighted to be part of this project, initiated by Warin Lab Nomad in collaboration with the Institute of Thai Studies, Chulalongkorn University.

“ฟากขะโน้น: The Other Side” is an experiential, multidisciplinary art and research project that invites audiences to explore the history, memories, and identity of Khlong San—one of Bangkok’s oldest and most culturally diverse riverside neighbourhoods. The project also encourages meaningful conversations about how urban development can move forward while preserving the cultural heritage and local identity of the community.

At the press conference, representatives from Warin Lab Nomad, the Institute of Thai Studies, Chulalongkorn University, and the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, shared the project’s vision and objectives. The discussion highlighted the preservation and development of local knowledge, the connection between people and place, and the role of art in supporting well-being and creating more liveable communities. The event also featured a panel discussion titled “This Side and The Other Side: Urban Development Without Leaving Cultural Heritage Behind.”

The project brings together more than 30 Thai and international artists from different generations, alongside families with deep roots in Khlong San. Through exhibitions, research, community activities, and educational programmes, they will share stories reflecting the district’s history, collective memory, and ongoing transformation.

The project is guided by four key pillars: Cultural Heritage, Community, Contemporary Art, and Well-being. Exhibitions and activities will take place across historically and culturally significant locations throughout Khlong San, including places of worship, heritage homes, long-established commercial areas, public libraries, parks, and community spaces.

“ฟากขะโน้น: The Other Side” will take place from 10 December 2026 through the end of February 2027.
