As a recognised platform for design excellence, DOTY aligns closely with our vision of innovation, lifestyle, and immersive living experiences.
Being part of this distinguished event marks an important milestone as CINEMAGICA by Goldenduck strengthens its connection with Malaysia’s design community. It was a privilege to meet respected industry visionaries, including Asia’s influential designer-Mr. Thai Cong Quach, Co-Founder of Blu Water Studio-IDr Lai Siew Hong, alongside many world-class designers. These interactions reflect our belief that exceptional spaces are shaped not only by design, but by how sound, technology, and architecture come together as one experience.
At the Gala Dinner, we presented a bold interpretation of Lyngdorf Audio by creatively pairing two units of the Lyngdorf FR-2 as one channel setup, transforming four speakers into a single, powerful pair. This distinctive configuration created a wider, more immersive soundstage that complemented the sophistication of the evening, showcasing how innovative audio integration can enhance both design aesthetics and acoustic performance. Seamlessly connected with a curated DJ set, the system brought the ballroom to life, transitioning the atmosphere from an elegant pre-dinner setting into a relaxed and vibrant social experience, where guests enjoyed smooth rhythms, meaningful conversations, and a night of effortless connection.
A proud highlight of the evening was the recognition of the CINEMAGICA showroom, which received the Gold category award for Best Commercial Design, designed by Jake from Dot Works Sdn Bhd. This achievement reflects our shared belief that exceptional spaces go beyond visual aesthetics—bringing together design, technology, and immersive experiences that redefine how people connect with a space.
