These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are issued by Goldenduck International Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to establish the conditions governing access to and use of the Company’s website, digital platforms, communication channels, and related services. These Terms are prepared in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable Thai laws.

By accessing, using, or contacting the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Company’s services.

Users agree to use the Company’s website and communication channels lawfully and in good faith. Users shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of third parties, infringes intellectual property rights, or causes damage to the Company’s systems, data security, or reputation. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for users who violate these Terms and may take legal action where necessary.
